B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) is an undergraduate degree course in the area of pharmacy education. B.Pharm offers systemic education on procurement, synthesis, formulation, standardization, rational use and marketing of modern and traditional medicines. B.Pharm course consists of the study of a variety of topics related to pharmaceutical science including drugs & medicines, medicinal chemistry, industrial pharmacy and other topics. With increased level of literacy people of whole world are cautious about their health and safe use of medicines. This leads pharmacy to a multidisciplinary science. Increasing popularity of traditional system has also opened many new demands and job options for pharmacy graduate professionals. On completing the B Pharm course, students can work in the pharmaceutical companies and also pursue advanced degrees such as M Pharmacy,Pharm D and so on.

A pass in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination (with English, Physics and Chemistry subjects along with Biology and/or Mathematics in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination)
The rules also provide for direct admission to B.Pharm Part-II for students who have passed D.Pharm.
As per Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) notification, candidates from open school are also eligible for admission to B.Pharm. and D.Pharm courses.
